Introduction
SOAB is the auditor and advisor of the governments of Curacao and Sint Maarten. We do audit and research, and provide the highest level of support and advice. Thus we cooperate in an efficient government - and the whole society benefits from this. We derive our flexibility and effectiveness to our expert staff who thinks beyond their field, and who reflects the diversity of society. Many faces, many characters, one strong organization.
SOAB's workforce currently consists of 50 permanent employees and 24 temporary employees. The temporary employees are specifically hired in support of the new countries in the making. The staff is fairly young, while the percentage of men and women in proportion 40% - 60%. By means of the diversity of the assignments you never come to a standstill at SOAB and you are never too old to learn.
