Corporate story


After years of employment and experience gained in two administrations, it has expanded its expertise and knowledge. In 1994 the State Auditor and Island accounting firm merged together and he has become what it is now: SOAB, auditor of the government.

The result of years of hard and proper work led to more and more governments and agencies wanting to use its services. SOAB is the supportive sister, the recommending brother, the coaching mother and the controlling father; but also the young and dynamic child. With all these different personalities SOAB forms the family that the government acknowledges in its capacity. Different personalities, but yet one.

SOAB has been working for years now "in the field”; is much richer in experience and is regarded as unique in its kind. The family can’t be influenced by anything or anyone. When SOAB was established in 1994, they chose a private foundation form with full control. Together they deliver quality products. Its quality is guaranteed by means of the 'code of conduct.
The family does not abandon each other, but in their worth . Honesty is a must and both clients and relations are treated in a respectful manner. SOAB is business, but also a family you can trust on. SOAB has a unique character: the "family" ensures the perfect synergy between the numbers and the feeling of the Antillean population.

A versatile family: the members come from thirteen wind regions. A family with different characters and colors: dark blue, gray, yellow and white: fresh and modern, with a feeling for culture. With a home on Curacao and Sint Maarten, the family grew up to be the strong family which they are now.

SOAB is proud of its projects. Projects that always lead to greater reputation and attractiveness to join the family. Projects such as resolving fraud cases, as well as operational audits, whereby business objectives, efficiency, risks related to achieving business goals are evaluated.
As with every family is there some things at times and some things can be improved. All matters that arise at the growth of a family and can be solved by setting targets, priorities and work are continuously made adjusted. 


Full of ambition is how they want to present themselves wherever they are, and also on markets yet to be innate. To distinguish itself SOAB considers customer friendly as a main point. The family will receive new friends and acquaintances with open arms, but certainly cherish old friends.
